All content (text, graphics, test methodologies) is owned by VPNFlix LLC unless stated otherwise. Limited excerpts (up to 100 words) may be shared with clear attribution and linkback.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

We earn commissions through VPN affiliate programs. This doesn't influence our rankings, which are based on independent testing.

6. Test Methodology

Our comparisons use:

• Streaming unblocking verification

No Warranty: We provide information "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy.

VPN Services: We don't operate VPNs - any issues with providers should be directed to them.

Jurisdictional Issues: VPN legality varies by country - check local laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

VPNFlix LLC isn't liable for:

• Decisions made based on our content
• VPN service outages or breaches
• Indirect damages from Site use

Maximum liability: $1 USD.

9. Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for violations, at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes must be filed in Wilmington, DE.

11. Changes
